About me
Hi, I'm Andreas.
Computer science student, social educator and developer based in Fredrikstad, Norway. I run Skaarberg Digital on the side – building websites, apps and AI solutions for people who want to own what they create.
I'm in my final year of computer science and work as a social educator. It's an unusual combination, but it gives me something few developers have: I understand both the technology and the people who actually use it. I think just as much about the wording on a button as I do about the architecture behind it.
On the side I build and run several products myself – SaaS, a mobile app and client projects. That's the experience I offer you: not an agency with billing targets, but one developer who takes ownership of the result and communicates clearly about it.

EU hosting where possible, no tracking scripts you don't need, transparency about what the site actually loads.
Accessibility
As a social educator I know why WCAG isn't just a checkbox. Screen readers, contrast and keyboard navigation are part of the quality requirement.
Ownership
You shouldn't be locked in to me. Code, content and domains are yours from day one – whether we build in Next.js or Squarespace.
